How long is the Nectar 365-night Home Trial?
We give you a full year—365 nights—to decide if Nectar is right for you. We recommend sleeping on it for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust to the premium memory foam.
What does the Forever Warranty™ cover?
Our Forever Warranty™ covers the construction, materials, and durability of the mattress for as long as you own it. If it has a defect, we will replace or repair it at no cost.
How is the mattress shipped and delivered?
Nectar mattresses are compressed and shipped in a manageable box directly to your door. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States, and most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do I need a specific type of bed frame for my Nectar mattress?
Nectar is designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes box springs, divans, slatted bases (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), or even the floor.
What is the return policy if I'm not satisfied?
If you decide Nectar isn't for you during your 365-night trial, simply contact our customer service team. We will help coordinate a local donation or pickup and provide a full refund.
How long does it take for the mattress to expand?
Once unboxed, your Nectar mattress will typically expand to its full shape within 24 to 72 hours. You can sleep on it the very first night, though it may take a few days to reach maximum firmness.
